Executive Summary
Ask Marloo in Client View queries across every meeting, upload, email, and note for that client, making it the most powerful context level.
Responses in Client View include visible source citations you can click to see the exact document and excerpt.
Upload documents like fact finds, risk profiles, and previous advice documents to give Marloo richer context.
For a meeting to appear in a client's Ask Marloo context, the client must be tagged to that meeting.
Opening Ask Marloo in Client View
Navigate to the client profile and click the Ask Marloo button in the top right corner. At the client level, Marloo can access:
All meeting transcripts and summaries tagged to this client
All documents uploaded to the client profile
All synced emails for this client
Notes from any meeting tagged to the client
The client overview
Source Citations
In Client View, Ask Marloo responses include visible citations. This gives you traceability and confidence that responses are grounded in real data from your client's files and meetings.

Uploading Documents to Enhance Responses
Navigate to the Uploads section within the client profile and click Upload Documents to add files.

The more documents you upload, the more comprehensive Marloo's answers will be. Allow time for documents to process after uploading before querying them.
Tagging Clients to Meetings
For a meeting to appear in a client's Ask Marloo context, the client must be tagged to that meeting. See Managing Your Clients for how to tag clients to meetings.

Check that the documents were uploaded to the correct client profile. Documents require processing time after upload. Wait a few moments and try your question again.
Can I export Ask Marloo responses?
You can copy and paste responses directly. For emails, use the compose button to open a draft in your email client.
Ask Marloo invented details that are not in my files.
Regenerate the response and report the issue to support. Always verify critical details against your source documents.
