The transcript is what Marloo builds your meeting summary from, so fixing the transcript fixes the summary. You can rename any speaker and correct any word in a couple of clicks.
Rename a speaker
Open the meeting and go to the Transcript tab.
Click the speaker name on a line that person said.
Type the correct name in the dropdown.
Every line for that speaker updates at once. Repeat for each speaker.
Correct a word
Click the word in the transcript.
Choose Replace to change this occurrence, or Replace all to change every occurrence in the transcript.
Good to know
Two speakers cannot share a name. To swap two people, or fix labels that renaming does not solve, see Speaker labels are wrong in your transcript.
For words Marloo should get right every time, such as client names, fund names and firm terms, add them under Settings > Company Settings > Dictionary. See Set your notetaker name, auto-join and transcription language.
A transcript marked Expired is read-only. See Delete a transcript, recording or meeting.
