Marloo exports two main things: meeting summaries and generated documents (file notes, statements of advice, records of advice, advice documents). The export flow is the same for both.
Exporting a meeting summary
Open the meeting and open the summary in the editor. If a summary hasn't been created for the meeting yet, create it first.
Find the Export button in the top right corner of the editor.
Click Export, then click Export again on the confirmation step.
Choose your format: Word or PDF.
Select a style.
Exporting a generated document (file note, SOA, etc.)
Open the Documents tab on the meeting or client, and click into the document you want to export.
Find the Export button in the top right corner of the document editor.
Click Export, then click Export again on the confirmation step.
Choose your format: Word or PDF.
Select a style.
Where the styling comes from
Your firm's branding (fonts, colours, logo, cover page, headers and footers) is applied automatically at export time. To configure it, go to Settings > Company Settings > Customise Document Styles.
Uploading a logo directly in Company Settings (without going through Customise Document Styles) will not apply it to exported documents. Always configure through Customise Document Styles.
What about audio and raw transcripts?
Downloading meeting audio or the raw transcript on its own is a separate feature. Both are off by default and need to be enabled on your account by the Marloo team. See Downloading meeting audio or the raw transcript for details and how to request enablement.
