This article gets you from a new Marloo account to your first recorded meeting and summary. The fastest path: connect your calendar, let Marloo join the next virtual meeting, then generate your first summary from the Summary tab.
Executive Summary
Marloo records and transcribes your client meetings, then turns them into summaries, tasks, and first-draft advice documents using your firm's templates.
Connect your workspace early - email and SharePoint/OneDrive - so Marloo has better context across meetings, client profiles, Ask Marloo, and document generation.
From there, customise your templates, build out client profiles, and try document generation.

How to Get Started
Getting up and running takes just a few minutes:
Set up your account and connect your calendar — Create your Marloo account, enter your firm details, and connect your calendar. This is the single most important setup step: Marloo sees your upcoming meetings, joins scheduled virtual meetings automatically, and links each recording to the right client profile whenever the client's email address is on the calendar invite. If a couple attends together, include both email addresses so the meeting links to both profiles. While you're in setup, also connect your email and SharePoint or OneDrive — Marloo uses that workspace context across client profiles, Ask Marloo, and document generation. See Setting up your account and Connecting Microsoft365 (SharePoint).
Record your first meeting — Marloo joins your next virtual meeting automatically. Admit it from the waiting room within five minutes and it handles the rest. See Your First Meeting and Summary.
