Who this is for
Support staff, admins, and managers who view or manage meetings for one or more advisers in their firm. From your own Marloo login you can view another adviser's calendar and the meetings on it.
How to view another adviser's calendar
Open the Meetings page in Marloo.
Click the arrow next to the Meetings title at the top of the page.
Pick the adviser you want to view from the Search advisers dropdown. The page reloads with that adviser's meetings.
You can view one adviser at a time; there is no combined multi-adviser view. To see only recorded meetings, click the three-line filter icon on the search bar and select Only show meetings with transcripts.
Who can see whose meetings
Adviser - sees their own meetings only by default.
Manager - team-wide visibility, including access to adviser calendars.
Account Owner - full access to all features.
Support Staff - sees your firm's advisers' clients and meetings. The Meetings page shows one calendar at a time, so use the arrow next to the Meetings title at the top of the page to switch to the adviser whose meetings you want to see.
If you can't see the adviser dropdown at all, your role may need to be Manager or Account Owner. Contact your account owner to change roles, or ask Marloo support.
Viewing a client's meetings directly
If you want to see all meetings for a specific client rather than browsing by adviser, open the client's profile from the Clients page and go to the Meetings tab. All transcripts tagged to that client appear there, regardless of which adviser recorded them.
The adviser I want isn't in the dropdown
If an adviser doesn't appear in the dropdown, they haven't connected their own calendar to Marloo yet. Ask them to open Settings > Integrations and connect their Outlook or Google calendar. Once they've connected, they will appear in your dropdown.
I can't see my own meetings, even though my calendar should be connected
If you're an adviser, admin, or manager who can't see your own meetings, your calendar may have disconnected. See How to disconnect or reconnect your calendar.
