When to disconnect and reconnect
Two situations call for this:
Your calendar shows as disconnected in Settings > Integrations.
Your calendar shows as connected but isn't syncing. New events aren't appearing in Marloo.
How to do it
Go to Settings > Integrations.
If your calendar shows as disconnected, click Connect to reconnect.
If it shows as connected but isn't syncing, click Disconnect first, wait a moment, then click Connect.
Sign in with the same account you originally connected. Use your own work Microsoft or Google account, not an admin or shared account.
I connected the wrong account by mistake
If you accidentally connected the wrong account (for example a personal account instead of your work account):
Go to Settings > Integrations and Disconnect the calendar.
Before clicking Connect again, make sure your browser is signed into the correct account. If you have multiple Microsoft or Google accounts logged in, the OAuth flow will often auto-select the wrong one.
Recommended: open Marloo in an incognito or private browsing window for the reconnect. This stops the browser auto-picking a signed-in account, and lets you sign in fresh with the correct one.
Reconnect and sign in with the correct account.
If the wrong account still auto-selects after a clean incognito reconnect, contact Marloo support.
