Transcripts appear in the Transcript tab 1–2 minutes after your meeting ends. Marloo processes the audio and applies speaker identification automatically where possible.

Click on a speaker label in the transcript to rename it. Once named, Marloo applies the correction across the entire conversation. If multiple people are speaking through one device, you may need to manually assign the correct speaker to each segment.

Yes — Marloo supports transcription in over 30 languages. Set your transcription language in Settings > Meetings before the meeting starts. Make sure to switch language settings before you begin recording.

Open the meeting → Transcript tab → click the three dots next to the audio player → Delete Transcript. This removes the transcript and audio but leaves the meeting entry in Marloo. You can re-upload a new audio file if needed.

The most common causes are: background noise, Bluetooth device taking over the microphone mid-recording, or participants sitting too far from the phone. For future recordings: place the phone on the table between participants, turn off Bluetooth, and use Do Not Disturb.
