Go to Settings > Integrations, click Connect next to the calendar tile, choose Outlook or Google, and sign in with your own work account. Don't use an IT admin account or shared mailbox — each person must connect using their own credentials. Your meetings appear on the dashboard and auto-join is on by default.

Your organisation restricts third-party app authorisation. Ask your IT admin to grant consent for the Marloo OAuth app. They can grant consent using the admin consent URL in the Connecting Microsoft Outlook to Marloo article. Once granted, all users in the org can connect without seeing this prompt.

Disconnect and reconnect from Settings > Integrations, making sure to sign in with the correct account. Meetings added very close to the start time may take a few minutes to sync. Also check that the meeting is on a calendar you've enabled — go to Settings > Integrations, click the calendar tile, and click Show all calendars to verify.

Connect your Outlook account in Settings > Integrations. Marloo syncs new emails and matches them to clients based on email address. Emails are private by default — only you can see them. To share with your team, open the client's Emails tab, click the privacy dropdown, and select Share emails. Sharing is per client, not global, and you can change it at any time.

After connecting your email integration, the Import past emails button can take a few hours to appear. Check again by end of business. If it still hasn't appeared the following morning and you've confirmed at least one email has been sent from the connected address to that client, contact Marloo support.

This is usually caused by IT security policy changes at your organisation. Check with your IT team. Reconnect from Settings > Integrations using an incognito window to avoid browser auto-selecting the wrong account.
