How to re-sync your calendar integration

If meetings are missing or out of date in Marloo, trigger a manual calendar sync from Settings > Integrations.

Marloo syncs your connected calendar automatically. If a meeting is missing, or you have changed a meeting and the update is not showing in Marloo yet, you can trigger a sync manually.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Open your calendar connection card (Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 / Outlook).

  3. Click the ⋯ menu on the card.

  4. Choose Sync calendar.

After a few moments your meetings should appear, or update, in Marloo.

Still not syncing?

If the card shows a warning or says it is not syncing, the connection to your calendar provider needs to be refreshed. Disconnect the calendar and connect it again: see How to disconnect or reconnect your calendar.
