Slides turns any document you've created in Marloo into a client-ready presentation in a couple of minutes. It's built for advisers who want to present advice visually without designing slides from scratch.
Before you start
Slides is available for everyone — no special enablement required.
You generate a deck from an existing document in the Documents tab (from any document, or from the client view). You can also start from the Slides tab on a client.
Export is PDF only — PowerPoint (PPTX) export isn't available yet.
Where to find Slides
The main path starts in the Documents tab of a client. You can also generate from the Slides tab on the same client.
Create a slide deck from a document
Open the client and go to the Documents tab.
Click the three dots on the document you want to use, then click Generate Slides.
Choose a style: Blue Minimal, Serene Sky or Clean Corporate.
Optionally add a prompt. You can use one of the two example prompts (detailed or simple) or write your own. A prompt isn't required, you can generate straight away.
Click Generate. Marloo builds the deck, which usually takes a couple of minutes.
Generate from the Slides tab
You can also start from the Slides tab on a client:
Open the Slides tab and click New slides.
Select the document you'd like to base the deck on.
Choose a style, optionally add a prompt, then click Generate.
Review and edit your deck
Once the deck is ready, open it to preview and refine it. You have two ways to edit:
Canvas editor: Adjust slides directly, as you would in other presentation tools.
Ask Marloo: Chat to edit a single slide or several at once, change the layout, add new slides, or create images and flow charts to include in the deck.
Present or export
When you're happy with the deck, you can:
Present to the client directly in Marloo using the Present button.
Export to PDF to share with the client.
Good to know
Slides currently offers the three default styles above. Uploading your own style isn't available from here yet.
A deck is always built from an existing Marloo document, so generate or finalise the document first.
You don't need to add a prompt, generating with the style alone works fine.
PDF export can take a little longer than other exports.
