Marloo automatically generates tasks from your meeting transcript after it's been transcribed and summarised. Tasks can include one-off reminders, multi-step workflows, and grouped actions. You can also create tasks manually at any time from the task dashboard.

Each task has configurable fields: Client (auto-assigned from the meeting), Assignee (defaults to you, can be changed), Remind date, Due date, Status (To Do / In Progress / Completed), and Priority. Click into any task to edit these fields.

Yes. Open a task and add sub-tasks to break it into individual steps. Each sub-task has its own status. This is useful for multi-stage workflows like preparing an advice report — assess suitability, gather documents, run calculations, produce the final report.

Open the task → three-dot menu → Create template. Adjust the title and description to be generic (not specific to the original meeting), set your preferred dates and priority, and save. Marloo will automatically apply the template to future meetings where it detects the same workflow pattern.

Use the filter bar to narrow by Client, Assignee, Remind date, Due date, or a combination. Sort by Created date, Updated date, Due date, or Remind date — each in ascending or descending order.

Yes. Hold Shift + click to select multiple tasks, or click one task → Actions → Select all. From there you can bulk move to In Progress, mark as Completed, or delete.

Click the checkbox next to a task in the dashboard to pull it into the Ask Marloo chat. Then ask natural language questions like "Give me the context and an execution plan", "Move this to In Progress", or "Draft a follow-up email for this task." The chat uses the original meeting and client data as context.
