Marloo has four roles. Each role determines what a team member can see and do. Only Support Staff is free; the others are billed per seat.
What each role can see
Account Owner. Full visibility across all team members' meetings, clients, file notes, and account settings. Billed.
Adviser. Sees only their own meetings, clients, and file notes by default. Billed.
Manager. Sees team adviser calendars and meetings. Billed.
Support Staff. Sees your firm's advisers' clients and meetings by default — there is no per-adviser assignment step. To narrow the Meetings view to one adviser, click the arrow next to the Meetings title at the top of the page, then pick them from the Search advisers dropdown. A Support Staff member's own calendar is private to them; nobody else in the company can see it, regardless of role. Free.
