Marloo roles & permissions: what each role can see

Written by Liam McGuire

Marloo has four roles. Each role determines what a team member can see and do. Only Support Staff is free; the others are billed per seat.

What each role can see

  • Account Owner. Full visibility across all team members' meetings, clients, file notes, and account settings. Billed.

  • Adviser. Sees only their own meetings, clients, and file notes by default. Billed.

  • Manager. Sees team adviser calendars and meetings. Billed.

  • Support Staff. Sees the adviser calendars they are assigned to in team settings. Cannot see other Support Staff or unassigned advisers. A Support Staff member's own calendar is private to them; nobody else in the company can see it, regardless of role. Free.
