The basics
The Pro trial runs for 14 days.
Any team member can start it from Documents in the left sidebar - no card details are required (Australia, New Zealand and the UK).
During the trial you have access to the full Pro feature set, including Document Generation and Review Mode.
How to start your trial
Open Documents in the left-hand navigation. You'll see it labelled with a Pro badge.
Click Start free trial when asked Start your 14-day free trial? Outside Australia, New Zealand and the UK you'll see Book a demo instead.
Your 14-day Pro trial starts from Documents - you don't need to go through Settings > Billing.
Important: "Manage plan" does not start a trial
The Manage plan button in Settings > Billing opens the Stripe billing portal for your current plan (or a chat with support if your firm is invoice-billed). It does not start a trial. To buy Pro outright, click Get Pro instead.
What happens when the trial ends
After 14 days, Document Generation access pauses until you upgrade to Pro. Any documents you generated during the trial stay accessible. Your other data (recordings, transcripts, summaries) is unaffected.
To upgrade, go to Settings > Billing and click Get Pro. Trial extensions are granted by Marloo on request.
