Short answer
You own all of your Marloo data. Ending a trial does not automatically delete it.
What stays in your account
When a Marloo trial ends - whether you upgrade, let it lapse, or decide not to continue, all of the following are preserved:
Meetings and recordings
Transcripts and summaries
Documents
Clients and file notes
There is no automatic deletion and no countdown period after the trial ends.
If you upgrade
Your account and all data continue without any changes. Everything you created during the trial carries over to your paid subscription.
If you don't upgrade
Your data stays in your account and remains yours. Marloo does not delete data when a trial lapses.
Requesting data deletion
You own all of your Marloo data, so you can have it deleted whenever you want. Contact Marloo support and we will action this for you, including specific items rather than everything.
