Executive Summary
Firm branding lets you customise your meeting assistant's display name, your company logo, and your document template to create a cohesive client experience.
Branding changes apply to all advisers on your team, so coordinate updates before making changes.
Configure your meeting assistant name in Settings > Meetings, and manage your logo and document template in Settings > Company Settings.
Why Branding Matters
Your clients see Marloo when it joins their virtual meetings. A branded experience builds trust, keeps things transparent, and reinforces your firm's identity. Customising the assistant name, logo, and document styling means every touchpoint with your clients looks and feels like it comes from your practice.
Meeting Assistant Name
You can set a custom display name for the meeting assistant that joins your virtual calls. This is the name your clients will see when Marloo enters the meeting.
Go to Settings > Meetings to configure the display name. Note that this setting is in the Meetings tab, not the Company Settings tab.
Naming Examples
"[Firm Name] Meeting Recorder"
"[Firm Name] Note Taker"
"[Firm Name] Assistant"
Why This Matters
Client comfort. Clients see a familiar name rather than an unfamiliar third-party label.
Meeting transparency. Participants can see that the meeting is being recorded and by whom.
Brand alignment. The assistant name reinforces your firm's identity from the moment it joins.
Team consistency. Every adviser on your team uses the same branded name.
Company Logo
Upload your firm's logo so it displays automatically when Marloo joins meetings. Your logo appears as the meeting bot's avatar, giving clients an immediate visual cue that the assistant belongs to your practice.
Go to Settings > Company Settings > Company Logo to upload your image. Use a PNG or JPG file with a minimum resolution of 200x200 pixels.
Managing Your Branding
All branding elements are accessible from Settings:
Element | Location | How to update |
Meeting assistant name | Settings > Meetings | Edit the text field and save. |
Company logo | Settings > Company Settings > Company Logo | Upload a new PNG or JPG image. |
Document template | Settings > Company Settings > Customise Document Styles | Upload a new .docx file or adjust styling settings. |
