When Marloo joins a virtual meeting on your behalf, it appears in the participant list like any other attendee. You can customise two things: the name it shows, and the logo it displays once it is in the call.
Change the bot's name
The name is set per user, so each person in your firm can choose their own. The default is Marloo AI.
Go to Settings > Meetings.
Find Name of your meeting notetaker.
Enter the name you want, then save.
This is the name shown in the Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet participant list when the bot joins.
Change the bot's logo
The logo is set once for your whole firm and can only be changed by the Account owner.
Go to Settings > Company settings.
Find the Logo section and upload your image.
Recommended size is 1280 x 720 pixels. JPEG, PNG, GIF and WebP files up to 10 MB are supported. The logo is shown by the bot once it is in the call.
Note: this logo is used for the meeting bot only. It does not appear on exported documents.
Note: if your firm has meeting bots turned off, these controls will not appear in Settings.
