A step-by-step guide for support staff on how to view and manage an Adviser's upcoming meetings within Marloo.
This feature allows support staff to view their assigned Adviser's calendars and upcoming meetings, ensuring your team can stay coordinated and aligned.
1. Log in to Marloo
Log in to Marloo using your support staff credentials.
2. Access the Adviser’s Calendar
In your Marloo dashboard, navigate to the main meeting/calendar view.
You will see a drop-down arrow (or similar selector) near the top of the screen. Click this arrow and select Manage.
From the list, select the name of the Adviser whose meetings you need to view.
The dashboard will now display the exact same list of upcoming meetings that the Adviser can see.
3. Tagging Clients for Meetings
It is important to ensure all meetings are correctly tagged to the client within Marloo:
For Meetings Created in Marloo: These meetings must be manually tagged. Click into the meeting, then click Add Attendees to tag the meeting against the client's profile.
For Meetings Created via Calendar Invite: These will automatically pull through the attendees (and client tagging) when synced with Marloo.
