Private Meetings

Marloo now allows you to mark specific meetings as private, ensuring they are hidden from your support staff and other team members who have calendar access.

How to Mark a Meeting as Private

  1. Navigate to your main Meetings tab.

  2. Find the meeting you wish to make private.

  3. Hover your cursor over the meeting entry.

  4. Click the three-dot options menu that appears (the '...' button).

  5. Select “Make private” to hide from support staff

The meeting will immediately disappear from the calendars of other team members, including Support Staff.

(Note: The options menu may also include a "Share Meeting" feature if you wish to explicitly grant access instead.)

Hide Meetings

Another option is to hide meetings from Marloo’s meeting dashboard for example if you are sharing your screen with a client and don’t want to show other meetings, simply

  1. Navigate to your main Meetings tab.

  2. Find the meeting you wish to make private.

  3. Hover your cursor over the meeting entry.

  4. Click the three-dot options menu that appears (the '...' button).

  5. Select “Hide Meeting”

To get these back, you can click on the three lines in the Meetings Search bar and Select “Only show hidden meetings” to view these or unhide them as seen

As you can see, you’re also able to select which meetings are visible, this is a great way to keep personal events off Marloo by only selecting Client Meetings and any other events you would like to show. Any Event type with a blue tick will show on your Marloo.
