How quickly can I get started?

You can sign up and start using Marloo in minutes. Connect your calendar and record your first meeting straight away.

What types of meetings work best with Marloo?

Marloo works with all types of client interactions. Virtual meetings on Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet are supported. For in-person meetings, you can record using the web or mobile app. Phone calls can be recorded through the mobile app.

Do I need to change how I conduct meetings?

No. Marloo works in the background, so you can focus entirely on your client. You always manually admit Marloo to virtual meetings and can remove it at any time.

Can I use Marloo without connecting my calendar?

Yes. While calendar integration provides the best experience, you can manually add meetings and upload recordings or transcripts directly.

Which video conferencing platforms does Marloo support?

Marloo works with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and most platforms that provide a meeting link.

Recording and Transcription

How accurate is the transcription?

Marloo uses enterprise-grade transcription specialised for financial terminology. Transcripts are typically very accurate. You can edit any errors using find and replace or by clicking directly on the transcript to edit.

How does Marloo handle different languages?

Marloo supports transcription in over 30 languages. Set your transcription language in Settings > Meetings. This setting applies at the company level.

Can I rename a calendar meeting?

Yes. Click the meeting name to edit it.

How can I improve audio quality for recordings?

Good microphone placement makes the biggest difference. Choose a quiet location, minimise background noise, and keep your recording device close to the conversation.

Platform and Troubleshooting

The page is showing an error or blank screen.

Refresh the page or try a different browser. If the issue affects your whole team, contact support immediately.

A transcript has been stuck in Processing.

Contact support. They can restart the processing for you.

Ask Marloo voice input stopped working.

Refresh the page. If the issue persists, contact support.

I can't find a meeting I just recorded.

Check the Past tab rather than the Upcoming tab. Refresh the page. If you recorded on mobile, check the app for an offline recording that may need uploading.

Can I use Marloo on a mobile browser?

Recording requires the mobile app. The web dashboard is viewable on mobile browsers for reviewing meetings, transcripts, and documents.

There is no save button in settings.

Settings save automatically. Any changes you make are applied straight away.

Clients and Data

Why can't I see some clients in Clients View?

There are a few common causes. Check that your calendar integration is connected and syncing. Manually tag clients to meetings if their email addresses do not match. Also check your filter settings to ensure clients are not hidden.

Ask Marloo AI isn't finding information I know exists.

Wait a minute after uploading documents before querying. Try making your questions more specific. Ensure any PDFs you have uploaded are text-based rather than scanned images.

My transcript has errors. How can I fix them?

Name your speakers so Marloo can apply corrections throughout. Use find and replace for recurring errors. You can also click directly on the transcript to edit text.

My calendar isn't syncing properly.

Disconnect and reconnect your calendar in settings. Check that Marloo has the correct permissions. Re-authenticate with your calendar provider if needed.

Can I recover a meeting if the recording failed?
