Auto-join configuration
Understanding auto-join: Auto-join determines whether Marloo automatically attends your scheduled virtual meetings or requires manual addition each time.
Setting up auto-join:
Step 1: Access meeting settings
Go to Settings > Meetings in your settings menu
Find the auto-join toggle switch
Step 2: Configure your preference
Toggle ON: Marloo will automatically join your virtual meetings
Toggle OFF: You'll add Marloo to meetings manually, case-by-case
Benefits of each approach:
Auto-join ON: Set and forget convenience, never miss recording a meeting
Auto-join OFF: More control over which specific meetings get recorded
Transcription language settings
Multi-language support: Marloo supports transcription in over 30 different languages, enabling accurate transcription for diverse client bases.
Setting your transcription language:
Step 1: Access language settings
In Meeting settings, find "Transcription Language"
View the list of available languages
Step 2: Select your language
Choose the primary language for your client conversations
This becomes your default transcription setting
Important considerations:
Case-by-case basis: You'll need to switch languages for different meetings
Pre-meeting setup: Change language settings before meetings conducted in non-English
Language switching: Update settings based on the specific meeting's language needs
Supported languages include:
Major European languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch
Asian languages: Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Thai
Regional variations: Different English dialects (US, UK, Australian)
Additional languages: 30+ total languages supported
Best practices for language settings:
Default to primary: Set your most common language as default
Pre-meeting prep: Check language settings before international client meetings
Team coordination: Ensure team members know how to adjust language settings
Testing: Test transcription accuracy in different languages during setup
