Create a new strong password meeting Marloo's requirements
Password requirements:
Strong passwords mandatory: Marloo requires robust password security
Mix of characters: Include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
Adequate length: Minimum character requirements for security
Avoid common passwords: System will reject easily guessed passwords
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Why use MFA: Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account, requiring both your password and a second verification method.
β
Setting up MFA:
Step 1: Enable MFA
In your Personal settings, find the "Two-Factor Authentication" section
Toggle the switch to "ON" to enable MFA
Step 2: Choose your authentication method
Authenticator app: Use apps like Google Authenticator or Authy
SMS verification: Receive codes via text message
Email codes: Get verification codes via email
Step 3: Complete setup
Follow the on-screen instructions for your chosen method
Test the setup to ensure it works correctly
Save any backup codes provided
Managing MFA:
Backup codes: Store backup authentication codes securely
Device updates: Update MFA when changing phones or devices
Recovery options: Know how to regain access if your 2FA device is unavailable
Require MFA across your entire organisation
As a firm administrator, you can mandate multi-factor authentication for all team members, adding an extra layer of security to your Marloo account.
How to enforce MFA for all users:
Navigate to Settings > Company in the main menu
Scroll to the Security section
Find "Enforce multi-factor authentication for all users"
Toggle the switch to ON
Changes take effect immediately
What happens when MFA is enforced:
All users will be required to set up MFA the next time they log in
Users cannot access the organisation until they complete MFA setup
Each user chooses their preferred authentication method (authenticator app, SMS, or email)
Users who already have MFA enabled are unaffected
Important: Communicate with your team before enabling this setting so they're prepared to set up MFA at their next login.
