Executive Summary

  • Client View is your client intelligence hub, bringing together meetings, uploads, emails, and notes for each client.

  • Ask Marloo lets you query across a client's entire history in seconds.

  • Uploading documents like fact finds, risk profiles, and previous SOAs makes Ask Marloo and document generation more powerful.

  • The Client Overview provides an auto-generated snapshot of each client's situation, financials, and timeline.

What is Client View?

Client View is your client intelligence hub. It brings together everything Marloo knows about each client: every meeting, uploaded document, synced email, and note, all queryable through Ask Marloo.

Click Clients in the left sidebar to see your full client list. Select any client to open their profile.

Ask Marloo

Ask anything about your client in seconds. Click the Ask Marloo button in the top right of any client profile to query across all meetings, documents, and notes for that client.

Example questions:

  • "What did we discuss last meeting?"

  • "What was their biggest concern in January?"

  • "How is their mortgage structured?"

  • "What are their current insurance arrangements?"

Marloo provides direct answers when the information is clear, explains its reasoning when inferring, and always cites which meeting, document, or note the information came from.

For the full guide, see Using Ask Marloo in Client View.

Uploading Context

The Uploads section stores all documents relevant to a client. Click Upload Documents to add files, or drag and drop documents directly into the uploads area.

The more you upload, the more powerful Ask Marloo and document generation become. Suggested uploads include:

  • Fact finds

  • Risk profiles

  • Productrex reports

  • WealthSolver reports

  • Risk Researcher reports

  • Product disclosure statements (PDS)

  • Previous SOAs/ROAs

  • Financial statements

All common document types are supported, including PDF (text-based and scanned), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HTML. There is no restriction on the number of documents you can upload.

Client Overview

Each client profile includes an auto-generated overview that summarises the client's situation based on all available data. The overview includes:

  • Client Summary: a narrative summary presented as bullet points

  • Cash Flow Table: income and expenses from meetings and uploads

  • Net Assets Table: assets and liabilities based on available information

  • Timeline: a chronological record of everything added to the client

You can click into any item in the overview to see the full detail. The overview updates automatically when new information is added. For full details, see Client Overview.

Tagging Clients to Meetings

For meetings to appear in a client's profile, tag the client to the meeting. See Managing Your Clients for instructions.

What You'll Find in a Client Profile

Each client profile is organised into tabs:

  • Meetings: all meetings tagged to the client, sorted by meeting date (most recent first)

  • Uploads: documents you have uploaded to the client profile

  • Emails: synced emails matched to the client (if email integration is enabled)

  • Ask Marloo: query across all of the above in natural language
