What is 'Clients' View?

A centralised hub for all client information—past meeting summaries, notes, and documents—making your archive an instantly searchable knowledge base. Ask Marloo AI can now query across a client's entire history, not just individual meetings.

How to Use It

  1. Access: Click "Clients" in the left sidebar to see everyone you've met with since calendar integration (listed alphabetically).

  2. View Meetings: Select a client to see all summarised meetings. Click any meeting to read the full summary.

  3. Add Notes: Use the "Notes" section for client-specific info (text only). Click "Add Note" to create one.

  4. Upload Files: Drag and drop documents (including entire folders) onto the "Files" tab, or click "Upload Document."

  5. Ask Marloo AI: Click the blue button in the top right to query across all meetings, documents, and notes for that client. Example prompts:

    • "What did we discuss last meeting?"

    • "What was their biggest concern in January?"

    • "How is their mortgage structured?"

Marloo provides direct answers when clear, explains its reasoning when inferring, and always cites which meeting, document, or note the information came from.
