  • Transcripts automatically appear 1-2 minutes after your meeting ends

  • Marloo processes the audio and creates a text version of the conversation

  • Speaker identification is applied automatically where possible

  • Meeting transcripts are stored on Marloo on a permanent basis, making them accessible at any time.

Speaker identification

  • Automatic detection: Marloo tries to identify different speakers automatically

  • Manual correction: You can name speakers if multiple people speak through one device

  • One-time setup: Once you name speakers, Marloo applies it to the whole conversation

Text corrections

  • Find and replace: Use the spell check and find/replace function for common errors

  • Replace all: Fix recurring transcription errors across the entire transcript

  • Direct editing: Click anywhere in the transcript to edit text directly

Best practices for transcript accuracy

  • Review for key details: Check important figures, names, and dates

  • Fix recurring errors: Use find/replace for words that are consistently misheard

  • Speaker clarity: Ensure the right person is credited with each statement

Why transcript accuracy matters: Since your meeting summary is generated from the transcript, having an accurate transcript ensures your summary will be as precise and useful as possible.

Processing languages:

Marloo supports transcription in over 30 different languages. You can set your transcription language in Settings > Meetings based on the language used in your client conversation. Ensure you switch language settings before the meeting.
