For Devices With Native Call Recording
Firstly ensure you have allowed call recordings on your settings
1. Start Your Phone Call
Dial the number or answer an incoming call as you normally would.
2. Start Recording
During the call, look for a Record button on the call screen. Tap it to begin recording. The location and appearance of this button varies by device (May have to click 3 dots then record)
3. End the Recording
Tap the Stop Recording button when you are done, or the recording will save automatically when the call ends.
4. Find the Recording
Open your phone's file manager. Recordings are typically saved in "Audio" or Audio > Unknown > Call Recordings

Open the Marloo app or log in to the Marloo web dashboard on your phone's browser.
Tap New Meeting (or open an existing meeting).
Tap Upload.
Select the recording file from your phone's storage.
The recording will be processed and transcribed. Once complete, you can generate a summary and tag it to a client on the web dashboard.

FAQs
Can Marloo record the call directly?
No. Marloo does not have the ability to record phone calls directly. You must record the call separately and upload the audio file to Marloo.
My device does not have a call recording option.
Not all Android devices support native call recording. Use one of the alternative approaches described above (Record on another device or download a third party app).
My recording uploaded but the transcript is blank.
Check that the audio file is not corrupted and that the conversation is audible. If you recorded via speakerphone with an external device, make sure the recording device was close enough to capture clear audio.
