Our latest templates include updated structures and improved formatting to help you capture client information more effectively. Here's how to add them to your workspace:

Adding new templates to your workspace

Follow these steps to access our latest templates:

  1. Click "Templates" in the left navigation panel

  2. Click "+ template" in the top right corner

  3. Select "Start from an existing template"

  4. Browse and select the template you want to add

  5. The template will be added to your current environment

  6. If a team member has already done this, the new templates will appear in "Team templates"

Important note about template naming

When you add a new template, it will appear with its default name. If you have older versions of templates with similar names, we recommend you:

  • Rename your existing templates to distinguish them from the new versions

  • Archive older templates you no longer need

This will help you easily identify which templates are the latest versions and prevent mix-ups when selecting templates for your meetings.

What happens next

Once added, your new template will appear in Your Templates section alongside your existing ones. You can immediately start using it for meetings or customise it further to match your specific workflow requirements.

Team Templates vs Personal Templates

Team Templates

Team templates are shared across your entire organisation. When you're on the Team tab, you'll see all templates that have been shared with your team.

Key features of team templates:

  • Visible to all team members

  • Can be used by anyone to generate meeting summaries

  • Show who shared and last updated each template

  • Can be locked by admins to prevent editing

Personal Templates

Personal templates are private to you. When you're on the Personal tab, you'll see templates that only you can access.

Key features of personal templates:

  • Only visible to you

  • Not accessible by other team members

  • Useful for testing or creating specialised templates before sharing

Moving Templates Between Team and Personal

To make a team template private:

  1. Open the template you want to make private

  2. Click the option to make it private

  3. The template will move from the Team tab to your Personal tab

To share a personal template with your team:

  1. Open the template from your Personal tab

  2. Click Share with team

  3. The template will now appear in the Team tab for all team members
